To Collect Your Car, You Will Need

• The original driving licence for each driver (no copies).
• Your refundable security deposit.
• A return flight ticket.If traveling by another method, a Thailand resident, or a long stayer without a return ticket, please contact us.

Drivers Requirements

• All drivers must be 21 years+. No maximum age.
• Must hold a full driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Provisional licences are not accepted.

Extras

Full protection cover, child seats, location premium surcharges, out-of-hours charges, delivery charges can be viewed & booked under “View Detail”.

Insurance

• Free Third-Party Liability (TPL): covers injuries and third-party property damage as per policy.
• Free Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
• Free Theft Waiver.
• Excess liability in the event of collision damage: 20,000.00 THB.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime up to 72 hrs before pickup.
• No Shows are treated as cancellations.
• If you cancel before 72 hrs, you receive a full refund minus 3% (non-refundable payment acceptor fee).
• No refunds for cancellations within 72 hrs before pickup.

Roadside Assistance

Free 24-hour roadside assistance and helpline for mechanical breakdowns or accidents.

Limit of Use

• Cars may not be taken across borders. Must remain within the Kingdom of Thailand.

1-Way Rentals

Allowed between the supplier’s locations.

Opening Hours

• Usual hours: 07:00 – 18:00 local time.
• Out-of-hours service is available.

Fines, Road Tolls, Fuel

• Main driver is responsible for all road tolls, fines, parking charges, etc.
• Refuel to full before return; otherwise refueling charges may apply.
• Most companies charge an administration fee for processing these items.
